Hisar students cannot wait any longer. They have started work on the new building, brick by brick… Literally!
Twice now some of their teachers have gone on outdoor learning trainings on how to use natural materials for building projects. They had a lot of fun and discovered for themselves the glory of mud– as well as its very practical uses. After their second training, some very fine ovens were built at Marmara campus, will be completed and tested by our EY students.
The raw materials for these projects – straw, and earth found their way to the Hisar garden and our creative and pragmatic students set to work….Diego has become the foreman of the project and is teaching his friends, how to make the bricks.
Elsewhere on the campus, mud has been employed to create the latest in eco-housing for fairies!
